If you're interested in purchasing any of our handmade pots and unique items, we'd love to hear from you directly. Please give us a call on 01386 725387 to discover what's available, or arrange a visit to the Pottery at any time from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (currently closed on Sundays) - but please call ahead before your visit!

Toff and Georgie always offer a warm welcome, and give you as much (or as little!) help and advice as you like. The range of works on display in the gallery offers plenty of inspiration, whether you are purchasing gifts for friends and family, or looking of that special addition for your own home or garden.

Shipping

UK mainland - shipping is calculated by weight. All items will be wrapped individually to withstand the most tenacious couriers' efforts at destruction - however, accidents happen. If in anyway you are unhappy with your item when it is delivered please let us know straight away and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

Hand-crafted

As mentioned above - each pot is individual, no two are the same, and the photos are representative! If you are worried by this - please email us with the product you are looking at, and we will send you a selection of the available versions to choose from.

Returns

The process by which these are made by hand, and the firing process to finish the post and salt glaze result in beautiful imperfections that are inherent to the character of the pot. We are happy to exchange any pot in the unlikely event you are unhappy, but would ask that you cover the postage to return the unloved pot to us, and the carriage costs for a replacement item to be sent out.

If you are just looking for a refund - please pack the item in the original packaging and send it 'signed for' to Toff Milway, The Old Forge, Conderton, Nr Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 7PP including your name, address and contact details. Your refund will be processed once the item is safely received.
